This support package is intended for all manufacturers who want to integrate a specific TTControl ECU or display into their system.
Objectives:
- Getting started in short time and in an effective way in using TTControl products
- Getting fast, professional and efficient support for the usage of TTControl products
- Receiving an efficient and cost-effective way to transfer knowledge to your company
Prerequisites: Integration of TTControl products
Support package includes:
- One day training for one specific TTControl product for one specific application
- Email support for 24-32 hours (depending on travel time for on-site training) with response time less than 48 hours
- Phone support not included
We can organize the one day training for you in the following locations:
- at your company location
- at the TTControl offices (Vienna, Brixen) or at HYDAC
Duration: 40 hours support package
Support Package Large
This support package is intended for all manufacturers who want to integrate a specific TTControl ECU or display into their system.
Objectives:
- Getting started in short time and in an effective way in using TTControl products
- Getting fast, professional and efficient support for the usage of TTControl products
- Receiving an efficient and cost-effective way to transfer knowledge to your company
Prerequisites: Integration of TTControl products
Support package includes:
- All required trainings
- Email and phone support
- Limited development activities without project management responsibilities
We can organize the trainings for you in the following locations:
- at your company location
- at the TTControl offices (Vienna, Brixen) or at HYDAC
